Basque Way for peace - April 2015

We have decided to focus in EH Bildu's proposal, Basque Way for Peace on this Newsletter. This proposal released by the progressive coalition late in April covers the main outstanding consequences of the conflict.
We have also taken here the situation ill prisoners, Jaiki Hadi has denounced that their conditions have been worsened and that 14 prisoners are in very serious situations.
