The phenomena - or, more precisely, the discource - of 'terrorism' has increasingly come to dominate contemporary international politicis.

From the alliance building of states waging a 'global war on terror' to their domestic measures combating 'terrorism financing' or even curbing the glorification of terrorism', a myriad of terrorism-related techniques, technologies and strategies have evolved in recent times.
